Collection at retail shop

• If choose to collect at the retail shop, customer will receive a confirmation sales record by email after payment is made.
• At the time of collection, customer is required to present the confirmation sales record and provide correspondence details of the contact person.
• The effective redemption period is valid for two weeks (from the date of the redemption letter).  Please contact our customer service hotline at (852) 2380 0528 to confirm the date of collection.
• The valid period for collection of the goods is two weeks.
  
  

For purchase over HK$180 at Original Price or $250 at Discounted Price, free delivery service will be provided under the following conditions:

1. By courier
   • Only applicable to industrial and commercial addresses.  (Any required additional charge for courier service at other designated locations will be paid by customers.)
2. By Post
   • Free delivery only applicable to Hong Kong addresses. (Risk of lost mail by surface mail will be upon the customer.  Customer can choose to be posted by Registered Mail.  However, a $13 postal charge for Registered Mail will be paid by the customer.)
3. Collection in person at the following locations:
   • Tung Chung MTR
   • Gold Coast, Tuen Mun
   • Kennedy Town, Sai Wan.

[Overseas]

• Oversea postal will be in form of Speed Post by Hong Kong Post.  It normally takes about 5 to 15 working days. 

** All postal time shall be counted from the time of confirmation with successful payment.  For delivery time, it will be based upon the reference time provided by Hong Kong Post.  Nonetheless, babeebu.com is not responsible for any postal delay beyond the control of babeebu.com.
